Okay, so these pumpkin cookies are not only so so delicious but they are a piece of cake to make!! They have a total of 3, yes 3, ingredients....
1 box spice cake mix
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
1/2 bag of chocolate chips, or the whole bag for you chocolate lovers
*Mix the cake mix and the pumpkin together and then add the chocolate chips. Drop the cookies by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake them at 350 degrees for 12-15 min.(I did my cookies pretty big and cooked them for 15 min. and probably could have cooked them a little longer) That's it folks, they are so delicious and the perfect harvest treat!!
