Bread Maker Rolls, Bread, Pizza Crust, Cinnamon rolls, Orange rolls, breadsticks, etc.

This is my mother-in-laws famous bread maker recipe that makes just about anything you need that has dough. It is really cheap, it makes a lot, and they are so so yummy so, if you have a bread maker this is a must keep recipe!

*Put all ingredients in the bread maker IN THIS ORDER:
1 1/4 C. warm water
1 egg
3C. bread flour (My mother-in-law swears by the bread flour you get at Sam's Club in the huge bag, it will last you a long time, but well worth it and cheap)
3T. sugar
2T. powdered milk
1/3 C. potato flakes
1 1/2 tsp. yeast (she also gets her yeast at Sam's Club, called Saf Instant yeast, store it in the fridge in an air tight container)
1 tsp. salt
6 T. soft butter (make sure not to get the butter too hot or it will kill the yeast, in other words make sure its soft not melted.)
*add orange rind for orange rolls

**Put bread maker on dough setting...put all ingredients in maker in order and push start.. my bread maker is 1 hour 20min. for dough some are 1 hour 40 min. it doesn't really matter. When it is finished...
For Rolls- piece off dough into little balls and place them in a greased, glass 9x13 pan let them rise for about an hour and bake them at 350 for 20 min. or until golden brown
For Bread- divide dough into 2 shape into loafs, put them into two greased bread pans, let rise for about an hour, bake at 350 for 20 min. or until golden brown.
For Pizza Crust- divide dough into 2, roll out each section onto a greased cookie sheet, let rise for about an hour bake each of them for 10 min. at 350, put your toppings on the pizza then return it to the oven for another 10 min.
For Cinnamon Rolls- roll entire dough mixture onto a floured surface, soften a stick of butter and spread over entire surface, mix 1/2 C. brown sugar, 1/2 C. white sugar, and 1/3 C. cinnamon sprinkle over butter. Roll cinnamon rolls and cut each off with a string, let rise for about an hour bake at 350 for 20 min. Spread with cream cheese frosting.
For Orange Rolls- These are my husbands favorite treat...piece dough off into balls into a greased 9x13 pan let them rise for about an hour then cover with this sauce...
1/2 C. sugar
1/2 C. melted butter
orange rind
bake at 350 for 20 min.
For Bread sticks- piece dough into long strips lay them in a bed of melted butter on a cookie sheet, let them rise about 30 min. sprinkle with garlic salt and bake at 350 for 20 min.
